Shimmering flecks of metallic thread add glamorous shine to our lightweight sweater. Pleats at the neckline, stitched stripes and flutter sleeves provide feminine texture.
The fit on this sweater is true to size, and the colors very pretty in person, but the metallic threads are much shinier in person. As dressy as I go to the office, it was a tad bit too flashy for the professional side of me, but would work great with a pair of jeans or even trousers for a night out for dinner/drinks...
As dressy as our stretch suiting, this fabric comes in a color that offers a playful change of pace. An extended tab and topstitching on the waistband provide subtle details. Faux pockets. Trouser creases.
The pink in store is a bit more muted, which was still very pretty, but not so bubble gum pink as it looks in the picture. I love Drew fit pants, and these fit alright, but the material is much thinner than on other Limited pants. I have a slightly swollen bug bite on my thigh, and you could see the bump through the pants. They are clingy and unforgiving. My legs are fairly muscular, so if you have thinner, more slender legs, these problems probably wouldn't apply. Finally, very tall women, beware, I'm 5'2" and typically wear petite, and the length on these was fine - just right below the ankle. So know they'll be more and more cropped the taller you are.
Thick and soft yarn in an airy knit -- it's a layering piece with many possibilities. Wear it over a cami, turtleneck, crewneck sweater or long-sleeve tee to create new looks and layers. Ribbed cuffs, neckline and hem.
This sweater fits beautifully and drapes perfectly along the torso. It's soft and looks high quality. I think it's true to size, and would go as far as to say that you should size down if in between sizes, otherwise it loses its flattering shape. I purchased this in the coral, which is really pretty because there are variations in that coral to include slight shades of orange and pink. It pairs well with dark jeans, and khaki or black dress pants. The taupe color in store was really nice as well, and would go well with black jeans or pants, or exact stretch pants in bisque, but I personally need a little more color in my wardrobe these days. A black or white cami would go great, as would of course a same-shade cami, which I have from my stash of Limited camis. Overall a smart and beautiful addition to your spring clothing!
Just like the seamless camis, these really and truly are seamless. No bulky shelf bras or unsightly seams and hems. I recommend these in your wardrobe along with the camis, because sometimes certain sheer styles call for a bit more coverage or higher cut. I wear tanks over camis when the style is completely sheer and/or I have a wide-neck cardigan. These wash and wear well for years....
Lightweight woven shirt with a familiar button front design. The classic silhouette has been updated with Dolman sleeves and soft shirring at the shoulders and back yoke. Wear it with a fitted skirt for a striking contrast in volume.
I'm "recovering" from our third child, so even though I could get the buttons done on the medium, it wasn't comfortable enough for all day. The large was just too big at the shoulders and the arms looked frumpy, not delicate as it would have on the medium. If you don't have problems with your waistline, buy this! The material is very pretty in person, with a nice linen quality and feminine sleeves. A seamless white tank underneath is very necessary, but a jacket, cardigan, vest, etc. are optional, yet fun for layering and having fun with this classic and pretty basic.
Slinky and modern, this knit top has great drape that doesn't cling. Narrow horizontal stripes echo the cut of the wide neckline. A hint of elastic ruching adds playful scrunches on the sleeves.
Loving the yellow version of this! The material is lightweight and perfect for layering to transition from cool mornings to warmer afternoons. I agree with the postings that referred to this us a little unforgiving as it is pretty thin (although without being outright sheer). I suggest a seamless cami or tank underneath. I purchased new cream-khaki coloored pants in Drew fit and plan on pairing with a navy cardigan and my new trio of bracelets. Enjoy!
Bold and sporty, vivid stripes are placed at jaunty angles at the shoulders. Elbow-length Dolman sleeves ensure a sophisticated silhouette. Soft stretch knit.
I purchased this in the green and navy combo, as personally I've had a bit too much purple for now. The vibrant green was a welcomed change. The material is thick, but not to the point where it makes you hot. It just appropritaely covers tricky things like bra seams or pant buttons/tabs. Even though it is a dolman style, the sleeves were still a tad bit more roomy than I expected, but so so much that it was awkward, uncomfortable or distracting. I've worn it with navy trousers, but look forward to pairing it with khaki dress pants and dark indigo jeans, too.
A vivid strap provides trend-right colorblocking in a streamlined handle. Soft-sided bag is large enough to hold a laptop, and has 3 interior pockets to stash small stuff. Magnetic snap closure.
I've been waiting patiently for my next great purse, and - voila! - The Limited delivers again! I don't have time to switch out purses every day or even every week, so I need something fairly neutral and functional, while still being trendy. The combination taupe-y color and pop of yellow hits the nail on the head. The material does have a bit of texture to it as might be expected. The shoulder strap is the perfect length and fit, and doesn't slip off like so many do. There are some small pockets inside for the usual phone, keys, etc., and plenty of room for a file or two from work, a tablet, or a book. I'm so excited and can't wait to show this off all season.

Color Pop Deco Bangle Set
Like the Bakelite bracelets made famous in the Art Deco era, these are opaque plastic with a lustrous sheen. We've assembled a group of three different colors for a trend-right mix of muted and vibrant hues.
I'd been eyeing these becauase I thought the colors complemented each other well, and although plastic, I think they're done in a classy way. They disappeared quickly in the two Limited stores I shop at. I'm lucky to have grabbed the last set. They pair well with many of the pieces being introduced by The Limited right now, so rest assured you'll wear these often and get your money's worth.

Tweed Bateau Dolman
Playful undulations of color add vibrancy to our soft yarn. From the oversize sleeves to the wide neckline, this modern silhouette is fresh and fabulous. Wide ribbed hem.
This is a thicker (but not too thick), warm sweater with gorgeous colors and patterns. I've worn it with dark wash jeans and trousers as well. The various colors let me play with different accessories each time. I believe it's true to size, and wears well. The short sleeves allow it to carry over to cool spring days, as do the pops of color...
