Great for a casual office
Date:April 22, 2015
I’m a bottom-heavy and generally wear a size 6 but based on reviews, I ordered an 8. When I’m standing in these, it feels like the waistband is gaping but as far as I can tell, sitting or standing there’s no actual gap that’s visible to other people. The net effect is that even though I’ve had a couple of kids and am not rail thin, I can actually get away with wearing a lower rise pant without any muffin effect. My inseam is around 32/33 and the tall is a hair longer than one would expect with an ankle pant but I have a feeling that’s to compensate for the fact that the Spandex will shrink over time if you dry these. If you air dry your pants and you’re on the borderline between two inseams, definitely consider buying the shorter one if you want it to fit like the model. Overall, these are super flattering and a great option for going out or if your workplace allows denim. FYI, these come with a tag that expressly says the color can transfer to other fabrics.

Love!
Date:April 22, 2015
I have the classic pear-shaped issues where my waist usually needs a different pant size than my hips/rear and thighs. I pretty much always expect that pants I order online will have to be returned. I decided to order an 8 instead of my usual 6 and they fit so well it’s like they were custom made. Zero waist gap! I’ve had kids and the rise was absolutely perfect. My inseam is around 32-33 and I went with the long length. If, like me, you tend to be right on the border between regular and long, definitely go for the longer inseam. The pocket style on these also eliminates the gaping issue that comes with a standard side pocket. These are so flattering for us bottom-heavy ladies. I got the navy and it’s so dark that it can be mistaken for black.

Runs Small
Date:April 20, 2015
With sweaters, I tend to size up to a M so that they're a bit roomy. The M was tight on me (and this is coming from a 32B/34A) - and not a cute tight either. I probably could have gone up to a L or even XL in the non-tall. This was actually a normal warm sweater weight rather than the paper-thin sweaters I've been seeing at The Limited in recent years. It was an itchy fabric though.

*ech* It's boxy
Date:April 17, 2015
I have a hard time knowing when I'll need a M or a S. I'm 5'9 and generally do better with tall size shirts when I can get them. I ordered a M Tall and it's awful. As so many others have said, the fit is super boxy. There's a lining in the front of this shirt and where it's sewn in near the bottom, it makes the shirt blouse out unflatteringly. It's basically a sack of a shirt. I don't think I could size down to a S though because then the bottom wouldn't accommodate my generous hips. I'm pretty sure this will only for people with narrow hips and you should probably size down for a good fit.

See-through
Date:April 14, 2015
I ordered Bright Green which is more of a seafoam color. This shirt is 100% see-through. The provided photo looks like it was been altered a bit to make this less obvious. It can make for an odd look if the tank (or whatever) you layer under this isn't the same color as your pants/skirt. I love the color and since I got this 1/2 off, I'm keeping it but no way would it be worth full price. I'm more of a S on top and M on bottom so I went M Tall (I'm 5/9) and would say this fits me pretty much the same as the model overall.

Fits all of me!
Date:April 14, 2015
I'm 5'9 and go from an XS in the bust to a S in the middle and turn into a M in the hips/rear. This whole long shirt trend that's happening now is not my friend because I'm often stuck between something that isn't big enough at the bottom or is way too big up top. I ended up ordering a M Tall in Turquoise. It's not really fitted on top for me but that seems to work ok for this top. It does fit my "bass" area without weird puckering and gaping. Yay! I can wear it untucked or partially tucked. The length is great and it seems like a top that would work for a variety of ages. I don't always love polyester but this has a nice light crepe-weight to it. I think I might just get rid of half of my current tops and buy a bunch more of these. I have a new go-to for work!

Sleeves are long enough!
Date:January 7, 2014
I bought this in the purple and it's a nice rich grape color. I'm 5'9 and long limbed and I'm happy to report that these sleves are long enough for me! This is very thin fabric which lends itself to layering but that also means that it doesn't really hide anything either. You can kind of rouche it a little bit to help with that if needed though.

Curvy girls need to size up!
Date:January 7, 2014
I'm generally a 4/6. Since other reviews suggesting sizing up, I went with the 6. I have a cury/athletic lower half and I often have issues with snug fitting jeans being hard to get over my calves. These are no exception and while the 6 technically fits, they're a tad sug in the waist. I've had two kids so that just doesn't work...get me? I'm going to try an 8 but definately don't be afraid to order these big!

Nice pants, weird color
Date:January 7, 2014
I would have kept these if the color was better. It's a weird light grey with some raspberry threads mixed in. I have a ton of greens and blues in my wardrobe and I just didn't see these coordinating with much I own. I love that they are lined and a heavy fabric and they are good for curvy girls.

Yoga Pants for the Office
Date:January 7, 2014
When they say fitted through the hip and thigh, they aren't kidding. These fit and feel very much like flare leg yoga pants while apearing to be a trouser. They're insanely comfortable but they aren't going to hide any sins in the upper leg area - and if you are remotely self conscious about that area, you will not like these! I have what I guess you can call an athletic lower half. I hesitated on keeping these because I feel like with the snug fit it's questionable whether they're really a good choice for a conservative professional environment but I think as long as I stick to longer tops with these, I can make them work. Plus, my husband adores the way they look so if nothing else, they can be date night pants. The idea of getting away with wearing something that feels like loungewear to work is pretty appealing too. I'm generally a 4/6 and ordered a 6 and it fits well everywhere but the waist which is a tad loose. I'm 5'9 with long legs so I'm often on the border between neededing a long length pant and the regular length is fine for me when wearing a roughly 3.5 in heel. If you generally wear higher ones, you'll want the longer length. I bought a couple of Ponte blazers towards the end of summer, one of which was black, so I thought that these pants and the black blazer would go together for a suit but the fabric compositions are very different and these pants have a slight sheen my blazers do not.

I have larger calves from sports and dance. Would these still work on me?

Probably but order at least one size larger than you normally wear. I run and do lots of squats, lunges and the like so I also have trouble with snug fitting pants being too tight in the calves and/or thighs. I'm a 4/6 and ordered a 6 but I'm going to need at least an 8 to make these work.

Is the waist on this dress is elastic?

Does the material in the waist gives alittle? This will determine if I order a size 12 or size 14
Nope, the waist doesn't stretch at all. The only elastic is the shoulder straps.
